I have been really busy, summer was crazy busy and I did sketch and work on stuff but haven't had time to post. I am going to keep posting sketches and drawings I do daily..I hope I can catch up. I will also be posting some drawings from quick studies and clothed figure. Hope to post soon!!

Oakland Zoo!!!

Meerkats, Zebras, and a tortoise...Last sketches of the day, I wanted to draw more of the Zebras, they were very cool to look at but they were getting fed so I couldnt see them too well.
Elephants, also very beautiful animals, and some small little birds..
Camels.
More giraffes, they were really nice to draw, long nice lines and funny when sitting down.
Tiger, Giraffes, Gazelle..
Flamingos, purple ones!...they were actually white and pink..I wish they were purple.

Bart Sketches

After yesterdays workshop, I have felt more and more compelled to draw gestures or just keep drawing like I used to. These were people I saw on the BART that I felt were interesting to look at and had charming faces. The lady sitting in the isle across from me was blasting music on her iPod.....she was listening to lil'wayne..

NYC Sketchin'

The pencil sketch is of my nephew. We were watching a movie where a monkey has a crush on a quadrapalagic and he was staying still so I decided to draw him. The colored brush is of some dude on the MTA (NYC subway).

SFO International Airport

Here I am @ SFO Airport on my way to New York. I got a couple of people in nice poses but everyone was moving so quickly the drawings had to be quick!! I will try to post a sketch a day or some kind of drawing while in NYC. One love

The Met...ropolitan Museum of Art

After I finished my Summer Head Drawing class I decided to take a little vacation to New York my Home state. I decided to sign up to the copyist program at the Met. So I did, and copied this Study Head of a Woman by Jean-Babtiste Greuze. Again, this is in Grisaille no colors really. Doing this was an incredible experience ! I loved it and there were so many people staring and talking to me, it was crazzzzyy.
